Visiting Maryland gives us an opportunity to catch up with family and lots of friends. It also gives us a chance to catch up with a lot of our dog friends. We have been making the rounds and Dart has been getting a chance to spend some time with the dogs he grew up with. I thought I would share pictures of some of them. (I’m sorry Kira, but I didn’t get a picture of you while visiting.)
Dart has a soft spot for Bella, a female Yorkie. We got to watch her playing ball. Click here for a short clip.
We stayed at my brother’s property for several days and it was wonderful. It was peaceful except for the donkey that lives next store. That little guy has something to say at all hours of the day. It was hilarious.
Today we left to spend the rest of our stay in a full service campground and it rained. A year and a half ago, we kept our 5th wheel on my brother’s property for a few weeks while selling one house and purchasing another in Florida. The night before we were to take the 5th wheel to Florida, it rained and rained and rained. The 5th wheel sunk in the mud and it took the better part of a day in cold, rainy weather for Regis to get the pickup truck and 5th wheel unstuck. I’m sure we would have both had nightmares if we had stayed through today’s rain.
